Cruise on by any time we're open to drop off your machine.   Our hours are:

Mon-Fri 11-3, or by appointment.

Yes, there is an elevator in our new location!  Or, call us when you arrive, and we'll meet you at the curb and carry your machine for you!

We can work on most home sewing machines, from classic Singer Featherweights, to modern computerized machines.  We work on sergers as well.  

Our usual wait time is about 14 days, sometimes less.  It may be longer if we have to order parts.  Be assured, we will work on your machine as soon as possible, and let you know the second it's ready.

If we can't fix your machine, or you just want to know what's going on with it, you will pay a nominal $25 "Simple Assessment" charge - it takes about 30 minutes just to open the machine and close it up.  If you have pre-paid a full service, we will refund the difference.
