Shipping and Returns

Choose your preferred shipping at checkout.

Almost all our products ship via USPS.  It's usually the cheapest, and arrives quickly.   In some cases, like large parcels, UPS may be a better choice.

Sometimes the computer just isn't as smart as we'd like it to be, and shipping may show up as more expensive than makes sense.   Please CONTACT US, and we will be happy to adjust that for you.  Usually, we do this automatically as we fill orders, but drop us a note anyway, just in case. We're not going to ask you to pay insane shipping charges, and we'll make it right.

Please note that we can no longer offer free shipping.  If you saw an ad that said "free shipping," it's an old one.  Our average shipping cost has gone from $5 last year to $8.50 this year. So we have taken all of our "free shipping" items and moved them to $3 shipping.  We wish we didn't have to, but we also know you want us to stay in business. Maybe, if costs come down again, we'll be able to go back to shipping for free... We sure hope so.

We accept returns on kits and notions as long as the packaging is intact, and/or if your item is defective.   Just  CONTACT US and let us know what the issue is.  We will do whatever we can to make you happy.

We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on custom prints, or cut fabric.   We're a tiny shop with three people, not Amazon.   But if you do have an issue, please  CONTACT US, and again, we will do whatever we can to make you happy.
