Refund policy

First of all, we want you to be happy!  So, whatever your issue is, please let us know, and we will do whatever we can to fix it.

Fabrics: We're sorry, there are no refunds on cut fabrics.

Patterns: We are happy to refund an un-used kit or uncut pattern in resealable condition. Sorry, there are no refunds on digital downloads, unless you paid for a duplicate. Let us know if you bought a pattern and lost the file - we will happily replace it.  

Classes: In order to keep our classes small, and give you the best learning experience, we are unable to refund a class unless you have given us 7 days notice. With at least 7 days notice, we are happy to give you store credit.
