ORDERING FAQ

VIDEO TUTORIALS:

*If you have purchased a pattern that includes a video tutorial, the link to the tutorial will be at the top of the first page of instructions. Just type that link into your browser EXACTLY as written, and you'll get right to the page with the tutorial.  

FABRIC CUTS:

*We will always send your fabric in one continuous length, unless we first get your permission to do otherwise.  We are sorry, but cut fabrics are not returnable.

*We do offer swatches on some of our fabrics.  Just put this product in your cart for as many swatches as you would like, and fill out the little form telling us which fabrics you would like to see, and check out.

SHIPPING

*When your order ships out you will get an email with tracking information.  It will come from orders@eurekafabrics.com  Be sure to check your spam folder, just in case. The only exception is for orders that are for Card Patterns only.  Those will ship First Class Mail, and are not trackable.  This saves you money!

*If you think you are being overcharged for shipping, please check out anyway, and then contact us.  We promise we will make it right.

*Some of our fabrics ship from a remote warehouse.  There will be a note in the product description letting you know how long it should take.  This usually ads 4-7 days to shipping time, but we promise it's worth it!

*If you have ordered from our Way Cool Stuff department, your items are being shipped directly from the factory.   It's gonna take a while.  But if you'd like updates, please contact us, and we will be happy to track your package on its journey to your home.  THIS SERVICE IS ON HOLD UNTIL THE TARIFF SITUATION RESOLVES

*If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us, or use  our web site chat bot.  If we're awake, we'll answer you right away!  Chances are, you'll get the owner of the company, or at very least, a manager. We promise you will NEVER get an offshore call center.  You can also just call the shop any time we're open.

PATTERNS

*Our patterns are all available as Hard Copy or Digital Download.  Please make sure you choose which delivery you want.  All patterns include all sizes (except for patterns that also offer an XL sizes pack.)  You can find our size chart HERE.

*Digital download patterns are not refundable. However, if you decide you want the hard copy instead, contact us, and we will set up an order for the hard copy, and deduct the price of the digital download.
